Joomla!
Content Managment Systems facilitate website development, like Frameworks are to PhP, Joomla, WordPress and Drupal are to websites. I used an early CMS (Typo 3) from Europe from 2002-2005 and then started building exclusively on Joomla. The quality of the templates and the developer community has kept me hooked on this tool and I have not had a compelling reason to switch to WordPress or Drupal. I have been experimenting with Laravel and will most likely switch to that enviroment for CMS as well, to be consistent.
